Step two bring in top soil if needed. We recommend adding two to three inches of topsoil when applying hydroseed or prepping for sod.

Choose between hydroseed or sod. Both are effect solutions hydroseed will germinate within weeks. Sod will be fully established within weeks

How much does it cost?
There are always variables that affect cost. For reference this is a 1000 sq ft backyard with two irrigation zones installed, 3" of top soil blown in, and 1000 sqft of a fescue bluegrass mix sod installed. The total cost of materials and labor is $5600.00 This installation took 3 days
