Tweed Phase 4 / 5 Sprinkler and Sod Installation

Phase 4 and 5 include a complete 9 zone Hunter Hydrawise sprinkler system with a flow meter and smart wifi controller. Smart controller allows the homeowner, once programmed, to use his phone as a remote and allows your system to collect data from Noaa weather stations as well as other local Hunter systems to make seasonal adjustments. The flow meter gives real time data. Each time a zone runs and is capable of detecting leaks or faults that will keep zones from effectively watering. Any faults will notify the homeowner and the contractor so that repairs can be immediately fixed. This allows our homeowner to travel with ease of mind knowing that their irrigation system is always properly functioning through remote monitoring. This saves our clients time, money and protects the homeowners landscape and yard investment! Phase 5 is 1800 sq ft of sod installed. After sprinkler installation there is a final grade with top soil. The sod Altec uses is locally sourced to insure quality. All sod is warrantied if laid within three days of delivery.
